Even More Good News for Spokane

The most recent affordability index (first quarter 2007) is available courtesy of Wells Fargo, and nationally, Spokane is ranked 89. Regionally, she is marked sixth.

According to the Index, about 60% of the market share is considered "affordable" based on the area’s median income. That’s pretty good!
