3. Commit to your goal - buying a new boat because your credit score is up won't help you buy a home


4. Take your pre-approval letter to your Real Estate Agent and dream out your new home - If you look at more then 5 houses one of you is unclear of what the home should be.


5. Make your offer - Your agent will be able to guide you smoothly into your new home
